Raresweets® ships items available on its on-line store to physical addresses in the U.S. via UPS. Delivery is not possible to a PO Box number, APO or FPO address. Shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight, zip code and type of service (i.e. overnight, two day, etc.). Delivery on Sunday or Monday is not possible due to UPS restrictions. RareSweets cannot guarantee delivery due to inclement weather or incorrect address information. We do not require a signature so it is advised that you arrange for someone to accept delivery.

Refunds cannot be given once the order is shipped for the following reasons:

  • Delays due to weather
  • Incorrect or inaccurate address
  • Delays beyond our control

We cannot be responsible for packages left at an address or if the delivery is late.

Be sure to inspect your package upon arrival.

We will replace or refund damaged goods provided we are advised within 10 days of receipt.
